About Us

Our Vision Statement is : Methodist’s and Anglican’s worshipping together as one church, to maintain a Christian focal point in Petrockstowe as a beacon of Christ’s light and love shining out across the community.

We are part of both the West Devon Methodist Circuit and Anglican Torridge Team Ministry.

Petrockstowe Methodist Chapel is in the centre of the village and was built in 1933. It is a charming Chapel with a schoolroom and is part of the West Devon Methodist Circuit. 

St Petroc's Church sits above the village, at the heart of North Devon's rural agricultural area. Sadly in need of much repair it has been handed back to Exeter Diocese and is closed for worship. 

We really enjoy sharing our parish life with everybody whatever your age, background, beliefs, personality or lifestyle. As a rural churches we seek to build the community and celebrate the beauty of our surroundings.
